Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Canada (all provinces & territories): 3–7 business days from dispatch
South Africa (nationwide): 5–10 business days from dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, remote or rural locations, severe weather conditions, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of the unit, and applicable carrier rates. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment. For unusually heavy or oversized units, or for deliveries to remote locations, additional freight surcharges may apply — we will notify you before processing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once processing is complete. Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada, and nationwide throughout South Africa. At this time we do not offer shipping to other international destinations. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted freight and courier carriers to ensure safe delivery of heavy automotive units. Carriers used may include FedEx, UPS, and Purolator in Canada, and comparable freight services in South Africa. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location, the weight of the item, and carrier availability at the time of dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch. You can also view your tracking details in your account under Order History.
Insured Shipments
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit at no additional cost to you. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the delivery driver, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts where no one was available to receive the shipment, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information entered by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
